I've lived in Portland for more than 10 years and have been cultivating lists of favorites and places I want to try the whole time. So I figured I would share that in case folks were interested. My Favorite Portland Spots
Use the menu option on the left to hide or sort by different layers. I differentiated "well-known" from "hidden gems" based purely on my personal assessment as to whether a place is usually crowded or not.
Keep in mind also - in order for a place to be on the list, I have to have personally been there and loved it - so if your favorite is missing, I guess you'll just have to recommend it to me.
Further notes as I put this together - I lived in Beaverton/Hillsboro for 6 years, so there is a bit of a west-side skew. But this is all personal experience!
